MRM Engineering has been consulting for over ten years and through significant emphasise on developing our safety culture, our personnel have not had a work related lost time injury during this period.
MRM Engineering has worked on multiple brown field construction sites where interaction with operating plants and multi-disciplined contractors presented significant challenges. With rigorous shutdown scheduling and processes, MRM Engineering has demonstrated the ability to meet deadlines without compromising the safety of the project.
MRM Engineering has recently completed the upgrade of a coal handling plant from 15M TPA to 20M TPA. The team completed multiple maintenance day shutdowns and extended three week shutdowns and delivered each shutdown on schedule over an eighteen month period. The team then moved to the infrastructure upgrade for a further 2 years. The MRM Engineering team achieved over 20,000 man hours LTI free for these two projects (2010-2013).
Throughout the projects, the MRM Engineering team consistently achieved their safety KPI’s for safety interactions, planned task observations and critical task observations.
